HAPPY WARRIORS Part 1: The ‘Joey’ factor
A friend who read my blog said that it was depressing. He’s right. It is. Because the situation in which we find ourselves, is depressing. ‘Depressing’ is in fact a euphemism. The West’s house of cards could collapse at any moment and it is only the graceful forbearance of the GOD OF ABRAHAM ISAAC AND JACOB that has allowed us to sruvive the last 39 years.
Thus, this blog will have an intermittent series of humorous interludes as an attempt to keep up the morale of the troops . . . a feeble attempt at humour on the ‘eve of Armageddon’ because we know that the outcome is ultimately assured.
Proverbs 17:22 A joyful heart is good medicine, But a broken spirit dries up the bones.
US Vice President ‘Joey’ Biden is always good for a starter and the mainstream media will not crucify him like they did Dan Quayle and George W. Bush. Vice President Joe Biden on one occasion (kind of) accidently called himself the ‘President of the United States’ then implied himself to be ‘Barak Obama’. This is one of hundreds of hilarious gaffes he has made that barely see the light of day from Obama’s media scribes. The one where he asked the paraplegic Senator to stand up was likely the most spectacular.
‘Joey’ (as he likes to be called by his political supporters and friends) is preparing his bid for the 2016 Presidential campaign.

“The Character of the Happy Warrior” is a poem by the English Romantic poet William Wordsworth. Composed in 1806, after the death of Lord Nelson, hero of the Napoleonic Wars, and first published in 1807, the poem purports to describe the ideal “man in arms,” and has, through ages since, been the source of much metaphor in political & military life.” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Character_of_the_Happy_Warrior
